Ordering

Ordering is easy and secure when using our online shopping cart.  You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Mail order is also available, just print out you order and then mail it along with payment.

First time customers can enjoy a 10% discount off their first purchase if they enter the discount code: firstorder  during the checkout process. 

Shipping

We use USPS as our mail service.  You are given a choice at checkout regarding the type of shipping you prefer:  first class mail, priority or express shipping.  First class mail can generally take between 2-5 days to reach it's destination.  Priority Mail generally will arrive within 2-3 days and express is for next day delivery.  Once an order is placed the processing time will take 1-2 business days in addition to the shipping time.  We make every effort to keep the processing time to a minimum.  If the product you have selected is not in stock you will receive an email notifying you.

Orders will be mailed with delivery confirmation but if you would prefer a signature confirmation or would like to add insurance please contact us for a shipping quote.   

We offer international shipping as well via USPS.  First Class, Priority and Express are available.  Note that with First Class mail tracking is not available.  Also, packages can be delayed while going through customs between 2 -4 weeks.

Payment Policy

We accept Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. 

Our credit card payments are processed through Pay Pal.  You do not need a Pay Pal account to check out with us.  During checkout you are given the option to use your Pay Pal account via Express Checkout or to create an account and use your credit card. 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days after clearance of payment.  If payment is made using check or money order please make it out to Loop de Loop Hair Bowtique LLC and send to:

Taxes

All orders shipped within the State of Wisconsin will be charged the current sales tax rate of 5.25%.

Return Policy

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product.  If an error on our part has occurred please contact us for further directions.
